I’ve ordered from this store three separate times hoping each time that they would get it right because I do have a specific coffee order, but I tried to order it online in advance so they have time to read it and have a reference. I stopped at Starbucks before heading on the road, ordered everything and it went smoothly. Besides having a banana bread loaf being warmed up the only other thing they had to make was a venti hot chocolate, no substitutions or additions. I waited for 20 minutes, in the meantime a college group of about 20 student came pouring in, they made a line that went all the way out the door.
