Ordered my usual pecan crunch oatmilk latte and the espresso was extremely burnt. I ask for it to be remade and they did. This time they made it with no cold foam and the espresso was still burnt. Absolutely terrible.
The baristas at this Target location are always super approachable and make a great latte! Today I was picking up a Target drive-up order and added on a latte and muffin from Starbucks. They were out of the seasonal muffin I was looking forward to (I was bummed but hey, it happens!). Rude employees, dont like making frappes, most of time they get my drink WRONG. I pay $8 for a drink i expect it to be as i like it!!!!!
live near here and go to this Starbucks almost weekly. Today was the worst experience I've had in years. I didn't even want my drink and just walked out. It was obvious the waiter was new and had no idea what they were doing. I explained my drink three times. When I questioned the price, saying it was different than what I usually pay, another waiter came over to explain, and the new waiter turned around with a sneer and a pimple-filled expression on her face. They were out of at least 3 breakfast items because their truck didn't show up. We kept trying to order something, "nope, we don't have that either." The food we did end up with - two different breakfast sandwiches were tasteless. The coffee was good though.
