Worst experience ever. Manager lady didn't have a clue what she was doing.
There was no one in line and we were totally ignored by both employees. Not even welcome or be with you in a sec. So we just left
I'm disabled and do delivery. The morning crew, especially, never gives me the tall straw for my trente drinks. It happens all the time. It.goes beyond inconsistency. No napkins either. Drink =straw for TO GO/DELIVERY ORDERS. And the idiot straw law does not preclude thar from happening l, lest you make excuses instead of changes
I’d give zero stars if I could! The girl behind the counter did not greet us when we walked up and instead continued a conversation with her manager (not work related) for a whole minute before even acknowledging us. She was short, rude, and unwelcoming. She seemed annoyed we ordered 5 drinks even though there was no one else waiting or in line (oh and never mind we were paying customers).
