When I told these people to do my caramel ribbon crunch with extra caramel and line the outside of the cup with caramel they added NOO caramel on the outside of the cup and did the barest of minimum caramel on the top
If this is the Starbucks at Target on 48th in Lincoln, Nebraska it was awful. Horrible service on order. I tried to find a clean table and couldn't. When someone came out to clean my table they sprayed the cleaner directly into my drink and I had to get another. The manager was apologetic and looked frustrated but there's no excuse for bad service spraying cleaner into someone's drink and not taking the job seriously. I'm not surprised these days. But it was a horrible experience.
Complaining about previous customers in front of myself and other customers and that is not professional! Very negative! Young girl with blonde hair needs to do better!!
Spicy cold foam cold brew and spicy strawberry refresher are excellent!
