I want to share an experience I had at this location a few weeks ago. Nick, absolutely a 10 star employee. I was having an awful day. Everything that could go wrong did. Tears in my eyes I made my order. I always get the caramel ribbon crunch with extra crunch. Somehow that extra always gets lost in translation until this day. He made the perfect drink. Two baristas on a Saturday morning clearly didn’t want to be at work, complaining about other customers. Ordered a black tea that is shaken in a shaker, homegirl literally “measured” in the cup, then poured it in the shaker and the measurements were off, watched her NOT SHAKE IT and then when she poured it back in it had bubbles bc duh and I asked her if she shook it and she stopped and shook her head yes…like I couldn’t see her.
