Terrible customer service. I stood in line waiting to order while all three employees behind the counter talked about their schedules, their crushes, and pretty much everything except the customers. I understand that they’re teenagers, and I actually appreciate that Starbucks gives young people an opportunity to work. But there still needs to be an adult or manager present to make sure customers are being helped and the line keeps moving. It shouldn’t take that long just to place an order.

Good customer service. But I did notice about 4 Flys in the cash register area. A bit of a mess on the counters but otherwise ok. However the Fly situation should be taken care of.

This is the only Starbucks I've been to where they KEEP your receipt. They don't even ask if you would like it. Just on to the next customer. Not only keep it but when asked can I please have my receipt there's absolutely no way possible to get one. How are daily transactions kept? Then the guy that's making the drinks asks "Why do you need it? 1. It's none of your business but I told him I needed it for work because I need submit my receipts inat the end of the week. I have frequently come to this location over the past 4 years and the service has gradually gotten worse. Today while ordering, the baristas carried on a conversation and asked us to repeat ourselves numerous times because of this. As a result, we received the wrong cake pop and one of our drinks was not what we ordered at all. While the baristas apologized and got to fixing the correct drink, they offered us the one they had made for free.
