$8.66 for coffee and this is what they handed me. This location used to be so good up until about 6 months ago. Im not sure if all of the new people they've hired arent getting trained or what. The last couple times ive been my drink has either been completely wrong or only filled up half way. Ill just stick to BlackRock down the street from now on because this is ridiculous.

There is something so refreshing about walking into a place where the staff actually knows people's names. I was struck by the energy today, it wasn’t just about the service, it was about the community. Seeing the team greet repeat clients like old friends changed the vibe!
I came and ordered a mango dragon fruit refresher with light ice , and got a half way full drink in the size trenta,I cant say the name of the worker because she erased it from her tag and it’s just plain black,when I asked her “why it was only half way full” she said “because you asked for light ice” which shouldn’t affect my drink since I order the same thing everyday and once she responds with that I ordered it with light ice,some other worker behind her decided to laugh about it.
