I ordered a specific Caramel Frappuccino: Line the cup with caramel and drizzle. All batista DO NOT KNOW HOW TO LINE THE CUP. This drizzle the cup!

I have been coming to this location for years. There seems to be some new team members who are confidently wrong. RENE or RENNE was extremely rude after screwing up my drink multiple times. It's truly embarrassing that she had to hang her neck out of the window to prove that She's been a member for 12 years, but is not accurate nor efficient. It's obvious that she's overwhelmed & frustrated to work the drive-through. She argued with me about how I like my drink. Wow. What happened to Good Customer Service?
