I went to the drive thru this morning and when I was getting my order there was a lady training a new hire at the window. The trainer told her to get faster at giving out orders. The lady was new, I felt sorry for her. The trainer should have pulled her to the side and talked to her. I ordered a sausage biscuit with cheese and it came on a muffin. My coffee was horrible. Next time maybe go over the menu with all staff and yourself before criticizing new members.
I was at your store this morning after ordering thru the app. Came in got my pink drink and food, then asked for a pup cup and was told i had to get in line to order a pup cup. NEVER have i had to get in line to get a simple pup cup. Not good customer service and you lost a customer. Colleen
