Went into this location on Saturday the 7th. 5 women were behind the counter, after they took a man's order. NO ONE greeted me, said 'we'll be right with you', kiss my butt NOTHING! The only thing the one gal said was 'that guy isn't done' when I stepped up to the counter, and the man took 15 min to order a water w/whipped cream. I got tired of waiting, not being acknowledged so I went to Bigby's. Told 3 ppl on my way out to not go to that Starbies cuz you won't get a coffee or acknowledged - no service. very slow service.. will not be back
9 out of 10 employees are rude. I have a modified drink order, it’s never done right and when I ask for them to fix it they’re instantly mad, make comments about how it’s right. When I know it isn’t. They’re always running out things. Feel like they don’t even acknowledge you half the time. I’ll say thank you and I know they hear me but they say nothing. They need better manners!
your telling me BOTH of the blenders are down??? and u cant make my Frappuccino?!?! ummm HELLLOOO?!?! im so upset because i really wanted my drink 😭😭
