This location really struggles. Drinks are rarely available anywhere near the time quoted on the mobile app, with wait times commonly 15-20 minutes past time quoted. And forget about using the new schedule pick up feature for this location, it’s worse! Your order goes into the line at the time you schedule, so expect to wait 20+ minutes past the time you pick.
I had a good time.
Ordered a black coffee by Starbucks app and when I went in to get it, after it said it was ready the staff said they can’t make brewed coffee anymore. They didn’t try to refund me or anything. Thank goodness the lady I called at customer support helped and refunded me. This is STARBUCKS, and they can’t make regular black coffee. Grrr
