Very rude employees. You need to train them how to treat customers.
Employees welcoming just by raising their eyebrows and no words. Felt like not welcome in the shop. Long waits while the employees chat with other customers make it feel further unwelcome to this coffee shop.
Always snarky staff, always slow as all get out, and they always seem to forget some part of my order. I’ve lived here 8 years, I give them chance after chance since I live right next door, and it never changes.
Awesome taste as usual and the staff is very friendly and professional
