Alex needs more training on customer service.. Don't assume customers know what's going as far as coffee selection. If you currently have them displayed then (POLITELY ) let the customer know they aren't serving that particular coffee anymore. Being a little snippy with customers isn't good. I'll give 0 stars on her customer service if I could.
Ordered two Frappuccino, 4 orders were ahead of me. One came out in 15 minutes, the other was ANOTHER 15 minutes. Meanwhile, 6 people behind me received their orders, and they weren't all simple orders. Rediculous!

The pictures indicate that this is a stand alone Starbucks, but it is inside a Target - misleading and confusing!
