The workers don’t know what they are doing here, they need training and supervision. Big failure of management.
Customer service was not the best. Seems like she had a slight attitude. I sat my bags on the counter so I could get the list of drinks & my wallet. I didn’t see the tip jar that was attached to the counter with velcro, so when I sat my 2 bags down, it slightly moved it. She snatched up the tip container & placed it firmly back on the Velcro. I’m normally a Dunkin girly for my iced coffee. I was in Harris Teeter and felt like trying a cold coffee from Starbucks. I told Darren what I normally get and he created the drink that I think beats Dunkin hands down! Thank you for the exceptional customer service, great job on my drink!
