I truly do not understand how this Starbucks has a three star review because it should be a five out of five review. I have been going to this Starbucks for a while now and they are the best Starbucks that I’ve been to. I want to give the male employee who was on drive thru - register at 12 PM today His flowers. The workers don’t know what they are doing here, they need training and supervision. Big failure of management.
Customer service was not the best. Seems like she had a slight attitude. I sat my bags on the counter so I could get the list of drinks & my wallet. I didn’t see the tip jar that was attached to the counter with velcro, so when I sat my 2 bags down, it slightly moved it. She snatched up the tip container & placed it firmly back on the Velcro. I’m normally a Dunkin girly for my iced coffee. I was in Harris Teeter and felt like trying a cold coffee from Starbucks. I told Darren what I normally get and he created the drink that I think beats Dunkin hands down! Thank you for the exceptional customer service, great job on my drink!
