waited 40 minutes for my drink, theres no sense of urgency or efficiency
Worst Starbucks I've ever been to. The customer service is absolutely horrible. I went through the drive thru and ordered a venti iced latte and received a frappe so I informed them it was incorrect and returned it. I then received ANOTHER venti frappe. With this being the second incorrect drink I decide to go inside and return it. The young lady at the front counter asked me what I had so she could correct it and I gave her my order.
