I order the same coffee every day sometimes twice a day. And it seems every time I come to this store there is nothing but inconsistentcey. Even after going back in and clarifying my order for a remake it was just as bad if not worse. Then when I asked for a refund the manager who remade my drink shorted my refund giving me 6.84 I pay 7.06 everyday for the same coffee. Poor service, poor final product, too much inconsistencey. I usually love this location — whenever Brandy is there, I always have a wonderful experience. She’s friendly, attentive, and makes my drinks perfectly every time. However, my recent visit was a bit disappointing and honestly unsettling. I always ask for extra oat milk, and always mention to pay extra for it since I know the baristas don’t like putting extra milk.
