I always have a good experience here, even when they are bogged down by many costumers. Victoria is a ray of sunshine and I’m always happy to see her, as I know she’s going to be bright and speedy and concise and it will be a smooth transaction. I wish all stores had a Victoria.
Fast Starbucks located inside of the Hagerstown Target. Always quick service and great quality! Would be nice to see more standalone stores in the area
it’s says they open at 8 it’s 9:08 and lady is extremely rude saying it’s not open
Can’t wait for their manager Spencer to come in so he can hear about how the girl in the red apron (no name tag) rolled her eyes when told I asked for cold foam instead of whipped cream, instead of making it or using a scoop she used the lid with her bare hands to scoop it out and the foam on top and slammed the drink on counter all while muttering under her breath ❤️❤️ of yeah and my drink tasted like soap.
