Paid 10.93 for my coffee just for it to taste like straight milk, when someone pays extra that’s how the coffee should be made. Plus such horrible customer service. This is the second time it’s happened. I don’t think I’ll be going back a third time
I've been going to this Starbucks for a bit, great service and coffee, yet I noticed recently that its a bit hot in there. Seems like the workers are uncomfortable with it as well. I would just like the place to be a bit colder so I could enjoy a hot coffee in a suitable atmosphere. Im sure others feel the same.
Just went through drive thru here and kianna/rianna (I couldn't fully see name tag) was so incredibly sweet and has amazing customer service skills. And our drink was made within less than 2 minutes of us ordering.
