Well manager was kinda rude, But looking at the bigger picture but it was ok?
I have been to a significant number of Starbucks coast to coast. This location exceeds service and friendliness of any other Starbucks I've been to. Every single employee is friendly and engaging. Free samples?! Never have I been offered a free sample drink before today. Ruben is a great manager and has a strong team that supports this location. The area manager's 22 year commitment with Starbucks was shining bright with every team member and throughout the store. Kuddos to you all.
This the BEST Starbucks I've ever been to. Never seen friendlier or more helpful staff. They like their jobs & each other - - it shows. Were here for a week, all times of day. Consistently great. Today was a big celebration that started in the very early morning. The staff went out of their way to accommodate the huge numbers of celebrants. When they ran out of things like water, they went & bought more from nearby stores. While other nearby restaurants closed their bathrooms, Starbucks let everyone use theirs.
