Never go to the Starbucks. The people The customers are rude and the worker didn't tell me 100% that they didn't have a double smoked bacon.

I ordered a Carmel ribbon crunch and overheard the baristas say they ran out of the ribbon crunch topping. Instead of telling me and letting me choose another drink, or an alternative, they attempted to hide that mistake with a butt ton of caramel. When I asked them if they were missing the crunch-y bit, the barista finally admitted to it. She then proceeded to offer alternative toppings. This is by far my favorite Starbucks. They always get my drink with the correct portions & always know I like a straw with my drink. Not to mention they always send my drink with cute messages written on it or with a cute little card. I think stuff like this is so uplifting to get & makes people’s day. You guys are so sweet!

I used to come to this location before but lately the girl taking the orders had an attitude wrote the order wrong so we got the wrong drink. When we let young man know instead of her explaining that it was her fault for writing the order wrong she seemed to get mad at young man for it when it was clearly her mistake for writing the wrong order. Hopefully the customer service will improve again.
