I know mistakes happen. we make them at the restaurants. Other people make them where they work. We make them everyday. But this isn't a mistake. The wrong type of service from the workers here at this Starbucks. Again it just wasn't one time this was the third time in about 3 months. Yes I do go to other locations. At 6:50 a.m. July 31st 2025 I walked into this Starbucks with my laptop headphones glasses. I had to go to the restroom after I put my stuff down so I asked what was the code there. I ordered a brewed decaf coffee through the app. They gave me an americano. Very frustrating. It’s possible they don’t have brewed decaf as some locations don’t but if that’s the case then don’t have it on your menu.
