I've been to this Starbucks on West Sahara several times and have always had a great experience. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and works hard to get orders out quickly, even when it's busy. My drinks are consistently made correctly, and the store is clean and comfortable. It's a great place to stop for a morning coffee, meet a friend, or get a little work done. Excellent customer service and a positive atmosphere keep me coming back.
They want you to use the lobby and drink and eat but electric outlets are turned off to prevent laptops to be plugged in. A bad practice
I enjoy Starbucks' coffee and cold drinks, but I'm disappointed with the food, specifically the jalapeño chicken pocket. It's small, dry, the taste is okay, it lacks filling, and doesn't resemble the picture on the app (I thought I was getting two halves of a pocket). This review has nothing to do with this particular Starbucks; it just so happened that I picked it up here. It's about the overall food menu for all Starbucks—the pictures are deceiving.
My sister waited 10 minutes for some food and then my sister asked why are they taking so long to make it and they took a very long time and they gave my sister a CAKEPOP i would not recommend this starbucks. Also my tea that i got that I ORDERED HOT was not even hot
