My complaint was one of my order was not serve so I started asking the server after 10 min and he responded was they were still doing it and they were back up. I waited a while until a few min again and he responded the same and again waited for a while. Again i asked, same respond then on another server came and asked me what my order and my name, she went to the computer found out that one order was picked by someone. First of all, the worker isn’t friendly. I don’t know what her deal is but she sounds miserable every time I go through the drive-through. I have been there a few times and it’s usually the same when that person is there. listen I don’t wanna be up at 6:20 in the morning either but here we are. I ordered a iced white mocha today and it was pure milk and sugar, the reason I got this drink is because I wanted a little kick from the espresso which there was not any, makes me think twice about going to this location again

I’m really sad and idk if they just messed up my drinks for not tipping in the app but as soon as I pulled up I gave them a $5 tip. Both my coffees are venti’s and only came like 3/4ths of the way full. Not to mention I get cold foam so in all actuality the drink is like half way full :(

Who ever made this put their foot in it!!! Layers of deliciousness! Like of course it’s a caramel ribbon crunch but not like this!
