I'm not sure if the guy was having a rough day or something, but when my husband politely requested light ice in his drink, it seemed like they purposely filled the entire cup with ice instead. We even had to repeat our order two times, and he still managed to get it wrong.
Great Starbucks, I needed a remake and manager helped me no questions asked. I used to come to this Starbucks when I lived in this side of town. So I knew I could rely on them. Good people
