Do NOT stop here if you’re on your way to class or under any sort of time crunch. 20 minutes for a coffee and a pastry. Absolutely atrocious. Workers were more preoccupied with their conversations than the egregiously large group of waiting students.

I’ve never waited so long for a drink. 3 employees working and only one was making drinks. It took 20 minutes with no one else in line.

Do not come to this Starbucks location if you expect accurate orders and respectful service! I came to pick up my mobile order today a little after 1:10 PM. I had specifically ordered my Strawberry Crème Frappuccino with no whipped cream, but when I received it, it still had whipped cream on top. When I pointed it out, the first staff member did not apologize and instead asked another employee if they could just remove the whipped cream. As a Starbucks located on campus, it’s disappointing but perhaps expected that you’d employ such unprofessional staff. There is a specific white female employee who is incredibly mean. Not only did she mess up my order, but she was also arrogant and judgmental about my choices. Her behavior was beyond unprofessional and downright rude. It is honestly a disgrace to be a student at the same university as someone like her.
