A girl had made my drink (the new dubai drink) wrong (i had asked for light ice and extra chocolate cold foam) and when i asked her to remake it, she had made it with no ice and no chocolate cold foam. Was very rude and unprofessional
Avoid! Ordered 1 regular pistachio latte with protein foam and it was $17.35 plus tip ended up paying over $19 for a tiny cup of coffee with mostly ice! Worst of all there was no itemized bill at checkout nor receipt given. I have no idea what all was charged to my card. Not gonna fuss about it- just will never return. Went to a different Starbucks days later in Oklahoma and spent around $9 for the exact same thing in a cup double the size not full of ice either so it tasted amazing compared to the Cesar's Palace starbucks.
I live this place !! Like always great coffee!! Great location!
