Absolutely unacceptable experience at the Starbucks inside Resorts World. I showed up just before closing, and instead of receiving service with basic courtesy, I was treated with open disrespect and rudeness by the staff — especially the so-called “manager.” Not only did they give me the wrong drink (with a name that wasn’t even close to mine), but when I politely pointed it out, the manager literally told me, “Just take that one, it’s a drink at the end of the day.” Excuse me?!
