Employees seem like they hate their job they spend a lot of time talking amongst themselves. Line is extremely long they should have a self served instead of dealing with poor customer service, when you finally are up next they seem irritated and give you attitude and God forbid you ask for a free water with your order they start talking about you to the rest of the staff this location should be retrained or secret shopped by higher up management
The food is god awful, I got a tomato / mozzarella “ focaccia “ it was not focaccia and it tasted like pizza. If I wanted pizza for breakfast I’d buy pizza.
Queen and Michela are so friendly and welcoming and made our travel experience so much better. I typically don't like starbucks but when there are hardworking, friendly and courteous people like them going above and beyond in their jobs they make up for what the brand lacks <3
