This place is a joke. What’s the use of staying at Bellagio and being told that their Room machine is down and you can’t charge to the room. Ridiculous excuse so they can charge you on an alternative credit card/debit card or cash. Bellagio offers $150 F & B credit and you can only use it at other places not this Starbucks!!

Shame I have to give 1 star, 20 minute wait for a refresher cooler & cup of water is a joke. Also daylight robbery they ask for a tip at checkout for such poor service. That practise needs to go.

Disappointing Starbucks Experience at The Bellagio I normally enjoy visiting Starbucks at The Bellagio, but today’s experience was truly disappointing.
