Shame I have to give 1 star, 20 minute wait for a refresher cooler & cup of water is a joke. Also daylight robbery they ask for a tip at checkout for such poor service. That practise needs to go.

The worst service we have ever had at Starbucks. There must be a huge labor shortage here. They served over 30 that bought after us. These were not mobile orders. The drink was a normal one but tasted awful.
