Your usual Starbucks with unfair pricing For the service , slow is understatement
I ordered 5 drinks. And i asked for Less Ice on all of them. After 10 minutes waiting i got 4 drinks. Full of Ice. I waited another 10 minutes and got tired of it. Asked where is my drink. And after another 5 min i got it. At that moment i didnt care how much ice was there. Wanna mention that people work VERY SLOW!!! Definitely didnt deserve 15% tip!!!
NEVER in the entire world have i waited 50 minutes to order & receive a coffee NEVER again
A snaking line of 20+ customers with angry faces, who woke at the Venetian to discover there are no coffee-making facilities in their rooms. No even crappy Nescafé packs. Shame. I’ve never heard of a luxury hotel with no in- room coffee service. Lousy watered down coffee at exorbitant prices. It was the worst Starbucks I’ve ever had.
