This Starbucks at the Venetian Expo is the worst experience ever. You have seven or eight staff members standing around, but only two or three are actually working. A massive line waits to order and pick up drinks while the rest do nothing. Stop this waste of time and fix your staff! Customers wait an insulting long time to get some coffee.

This is a pretty good Starbucks but the menu is close to double what a normal Starbucks would charge.
They did good for me . Same good coffee and sandwiches . Friendly staff. Thank you
I was appalled by the way I was treated by an employee by the name of natalya. She was so rude! All I did was try and order a matcha and she started to give the nastiest attitude as if I was inconveniencing her. Unbelievable. I decided to forget about the drink and left.
