I ordered 5 drinks. And i asked for Less Ice on all of them. After 10 minutes waiting i got 4 drinks. Full of Ice. I waited another 10 minutes and got tired of it. Asked where is my drink. And after another 5 min i got it. At that moment i didnt care how much ice was there. Wanna mention that people work VERY SLOW!!! Definitely didnt deserve 15% tip!!!

A snaking line of 20+ customers with angry faces, who woke at the Venetian to discover there are no coffee-making facilities in their rooms. No even crappy Nescafé packs. Shame. I’ve never heard of a luxury hotel with no in- room coffee service. Lousy watered down coffee at exorbitant prices. It was the worst Starbucks I’ve ever had. Crazy busy Starbucks in Venetian Casino. However, barista who took my order was very friendly:)
30 min wait for online order. It wast even busy, they just did not make an effort to fulfill it
