I was appalled by the way I was treated by an employee by the name of natalya. She was so rude! All I did was try and order a matcha and she started to give the nastiest attitude as if I was inconveniencing her. Unbelievable. I decided to forget about the drink and left.
I said lite ice and they filled it with ice two sips and it was gone
I’d recommend going to another Starbucks. Both baristas, Celine and Jazmin, came across as though they didn’t enjoy their job, which made the experience feel unwelcoming.
The Starbucks in the Venetian is unique because it is quite big but also tucked away at the turnoff leading to the bridge to the Sphere. It is a bit hidden if you aren't looking for it, but the extra space is a plus when it isn't busy. The experience here is hit or miss depending on the crowd.
