I saw Liz and Veronica fill up a stanley with water for FREE for a guy who didn't buy anything. He just walked to the counter with a stanley and Liz filled it for him. So I went to the cashier and redeemed my birthday drink and ordered a free water. Kevin who worked at the cashier said all water at the casino is 1.00 and I told him I just saw Liz give free water right in front of him and with a condescending smile with attitude Kevin said "I can assure you no one is giving free water here you were just imagining." basically ... read more

The slowest service I have ever experienced. 5 people working and I think only one person was actually working. Took 40 min to get a tall Americano.
