Cool to take a picture of, but instead of waiting on the line, go up the street to the Starbucks without the long line. It's all the same product. :)
Purely a tourist trap, there is nothing spectacular here, even the souvenirs are a letdown - if you really want the authentic Seattle coffee experience try Victrola in Cap Hill.

The Original Starbucks sells bags of Bold Pike's Place that you can't buy anywhere else.
This is the original Starbucks and remains like it was back in the day. The original logo is still in tact. Yes, it is a Starbucks but this is the original!
They have very good espresso, it's crowded but fun...and the baristas are all hot...especially Matthew
Don't order a coffee here. It takes about 20 mins at least. The coffees gettin thrown around are.pretty cool.
The coffee actually tastes superior to other starbucks in the area thanks to the la marzocco machine, and also has super hot Batistas!
