It's ridiculous that these young kids don't want to uphold the hours that businesses are supposed to be open. I drove out of my way to come to this location bcuz it was supposed to be open until 8pm but apparently the young worker named Torie decided she wanted to get off early on her Saturday night & would not serve me bcuz she stated they were already closed even after I said you guys are supposed to be open until 8 though & she still gave me some stupid excuse about how they were running behind today & was told she could ... read more

I ordered the new drink and clarified the person little ice and gave me this is very bad service .

I went here 2nd time, and the first time, I forgot to show my QR code for points. The second time, the cashier said they don't scan the QR code, but instead, she scan where the gift card bar code. She told me I had to call if I did not get points. Of course, I did not get any points. How would I get my point if she didn't scan the star code? Make it make sense. Don't waste your time to go here to get your star points. Go somewhere else.
