This location is the best in the area! :) The workers here are so kind, especially David! He truly does go out of his way to greet everyone that walks in through the doors and he is so friendly. It is something I don’t think I’ve ever really seen or noticed at any other location, but definitely here. Big shoutout to him! I’d be proud to have him as an employee !!
This is the worst service attitude of all the Starbucks I've ever visited. Customers were standing at the ordering area, and all the staff saw that there were customers waiting, but no one came over to serve them. They all pretended to be busy with other things, and some even hid in the bathroom. After waiting for about three minutes, a female waiter came over to serve me. She had a terrible attitude. As you can tell they didn’t put love into my matcha. The color is not a dark green, I can hardly taste the matcha. Not to mention, they were skimpy with it smh. Starbucks, you need to do better with your matcha! Put some love into it
