The drinks are excellent. I love getting the Chai Iced Tea. The service can be lacking sometimes. The staff tends to put priority on the drive-thru line than in-store customers. They can also take a while to get your order if you go inside the store than the drive-thru. The staff is friendly though but sometimes they can act like you're inconveniencing them.

I absolutely love coming to this Starbucks location to study! The environment is great, but what really sets it apart is the incredible team. GEE, BRANDON, OLIVIA, STAR are absolutely amazing—they always greet me with a smile and consistently provide top-tier customer service. They have so much patience with every single customer, even when it gets busy. Their manager, DAVID, is also fantastic; I always see him walking around and saying hi to everyone. Went to get some items and the one that was attending was a young skinny guy. He was very rude and was making fun of my husbands speech and was racist to him. He was trying to make two girls laugh in the back. I did not appreciate it as my daughter was listening and watching which was not okay.
