One other person in the store when I entered. Thought the service for a medium frappacino would be quick. Sat there for quite awhile regretting my decision to tip. After about 20 min my wife got fed up and went to ask for the drink. Apparently it has been sitting at the counter and they couldn't be bothered to speak up and say the name.
