I really enjoyed the coffee at this location, but it's been almost a year since I got the worst coffee from them. First of all, there's no taste in the coffee at all. If I order it hot, it's cold. If I order it cold, they fill the glass to the top with ice and pour a spoonful of coffee into it. Changing employees all the time is the worst idea. One other person in the store when I entered. Thought the service for a medium frappacino would be quick. Sat there regretting my decision to tip. After about 20 min my wife got fed up and went to ask for the drink. Apparently it has been sitting at the counter and the employees couldn't be bothered to speak up and say the name. It's not really a difficult job to blend some ICE with a premixed syrup, then call the name of the person on the cup. Why can't the employees say the name and say it loud?
