She got my name wrong, my drink wrong and on top of that she gave me attitude when I asked the price for the drink. I never leave reviews but I was very unsatisfied with the customer service here.
got one of our drinks wrong, i was also asked if i wanted my hot chocolate hot or cold??? as well as my egg sandwich was cold. entered wanting starbies, left with food poisoning :(
I came here accidentally, I was trying to pickup an order and I was at the wrong location.😢 The AMAZING staff here gave me directions to the correct location and even went out of their way and offered to make my order there in store. Amazing customer service, these girls rock!
Not a real Starbucks. Only accepts physical credit cards or Starbucks payment card. Won't give you stars. Doesn't take app orders. I'm so tired of this kind of bait and switch BS. Either you're a Starbucks that does all the normal Starbucks stuff, or you're not a Starbucks.
