I visited your Downtown Hilton Hotel location today (Sunday) around 5 PM, based on the hours listed on Google Maps, which state you’re open until 6 PM. However, the location was already closed when I arrived.
What a scam and a rip off. Be careful at the forced method to trick you to tipping as well
