A busy Hilton Hotel Starbucks. My order got forgotten about...about seven or more after me picked up their orders before me. The pushy and curt manager just made shallow excuses for this. Poor Service.
The Starbucks in downtown Austin, located in the Hilton lobby, is fantastic! The staff was friendly, efficient, and really knew how to make drinks just right. The service was quick, and the quality was exactly what you’d hope for from Starbucks. It’s a great spot to grab a coffee while staying at the hotel or exploring the city. Highly recommend!

March 2025 This Starbucks location is inside the Hilton Austin Downtown hotel. There is seating and a semi private room with a big conference table, but also hav the rest of the hotel to sit and enjoy your drink. I ordered a Strawberry Açaí Refresher and the drink was made correctly with fresh strawberries. The staff was nice and friendly. I noticed they had the new Austin Discovery Series coffee mugs and expresso cups available for purchase.
