We visited the Starbucks at Sahara Ave and Rye St in Las Vegas and were really disappointed with the service. We had placed a mobile order and went through the drive-thru, but the staff member (named Dory) told us to wait 10 minutes for our order. We decided to go inside instead, only to find out that our drink—which we had ordered hot—was made iced.
