Extremely rude employees!! This morning I ordered a coffee & sandwich from Starbucks on Uber Eats. The items that arrived had the correct stickers, but was very clearly not what I ordered (they sent me a tank of coffee to serve like 10 people instead of an individual coffee). Obviously I don’t know what starbucks location uber picked up from but this location was closest to me so I was hoping they could help correct the order. Really disappointed in the attitude the girl at the register had. They did not have an item i ordered and instead of being apologetic about it she was very rude and made it seem like I was in the wrong
Customer service was rude. Ordered my beverage and they insisted I add my own additions instead of them. 3 women just standing around, 1 was consuming food while on the line disgusting behavior.
Ordered and paid for a large and was given a medium drink. Looked at my receipt, sure enough I was charged for a large. I tried to politely inform the cashier and she rolled her eyes and walked away while her coworker raised her voice at me. You should be embarrassed to act this way, there is no reason to take your anger out on people who are just buying coffee.
