I came after it had been raining and expected it to be a little warm inside, but it was freezing. The baristas were so kind and understanding, but I honestly felt bad for them because they have to work in the cold while handling cold drinks as well. They all kept their winter coats on the entire time, and I couldn’t imagine being there for an entire shift. Incredible staff and incredible service, I just hope the temperature inside gets fixed soon.
Cashier lady wearing glasses was kind of rude, she didn’t even asked my name for the order, just literally asked what did I want, didn’t even asked if I wanted another kind of milk or whatever. Didn’t had the chance to say it. The place was not crowded so this should be her usual customer service treatment. Extremely rude employees!! This morning I ordered a coffee & sandwich from Starbucks on Uber Eats. The items that arrived had the correct stickers, but was very clearly not what I ordered (they sent me a tank of coffee to serve like 10 people instead of an individual coffee). Really disappointed in the attitude the girl at the register had. They did not have an item i ordered and instead of being apologetic about it she was very rude and made it seem like I was in the wrong
