I just got a venti sugar free vanilla protein latte, it is just 2/3 filled up including the foam. The lady that prepared it in a hurry she seemed as if she was in a bad mood. I didn't ask her to make it again I ordered 3 other drinks as well and none of them were full.
Charged us for an extra coffee which we didn't order. Refused to scan rewards and didn't give us a receipt.
Not their usual best service. I asked for a decaf frappe and it had caffeine in it. They better pray they got the other orders write.
