Phenomenal Staff at this location as I could not help but leave a tip. Excellent spot to get some work done; bright atmosphere with lots of seating and clean restrooms.
Horrible customer service. It was early. I was the only person in line. Eight workers just chatting behind the counter. Not only did it take way too long to make the coffee, they charged me the full amount when I asked to use 200 rewards points for the latte. Will not be going back.
