I come here often and the staff usually are pretty good about getting orders right. Never had any issues they are super friendly. Lately there have been have a ton of workers in back but us customers coming in have to wait extensive wait times for the app customers which I normally don’t care about. However my past few orders my drinks have been sloppy missing ingredients or have to be corrected and I’m getting annoyed. Jay makes bomb coffee here! This is one of the most warm and welcoming locations to get Starbucks and they make everything in point! The team is amazing. Thank you!
Was disappointed to learn the couldn't make my drink I wanted. Was told they discontinued it, but the lady did offer a substitute that was similar. Ended up ordering a different drink entirely but she was very nice the whole time. Inside was mostly clean, needed to sweep and mop a little. The music playing wasn't my favorite choice but it wasn't too loud.
