Great customer service
Since when did Starbucks start charging for watercups or cups of ice ? Smh its the summer with temperatures going over 100° and they can't even give you an extra cup of ice or anything. Hope you enjoy your job Jasmine and Junior smh take shit to serious. You guys need better customer service skills
I was there yesterday and bought an ice americano and ice latte and After 2 hours I went there again to ask refill for “ICE COFFE” which is also called “Cold brew” but the girl with green hair told me “you can not have refill “ and I was like what do you mean I’ve been here almost every day last 10 days( because of my work) and I’ve been Also doing this in different Starbucks locations without issue and they always do that, and then she went to ask her coworkers if I can have refill and other girls said no( one of the girls ... read more
