i love the convenience of getting my coffee while i am shopping, but every time (which is quite a few times) ive ordered from krogers starbucks (its almost always in the afternoon) ive been met with unfriendly customer service and my drinks are always made wrong. i havent tried to have them fix my drinks..due to the poor attitude i receive. It’s a shame that they don’t have less than one star because this place deserves it. Honestly I haven’t the slightest clue as to why I have ordered from here more than once. The beverages are never made correctly. The service is absent minded and clearly hates their life, but to be fair I would to if the best I could do is get a job at a Starbucks in a Kroger and not even be able to make a black coffee properly. I normally come in the morning and see Kenzi, Abby or Patience. But I came in the afternoon today 03/16/26 2:30pm. There was a boy there and a girl with blondish hair in a grey sweatshirt (Eva was on her way out.) The boy had horrible customer service and just looked blankly at me. Online it says they close at 8pm. My boyfriend went to order a coffee at 7:10pm. They said they were cleaning and weren’t making any more coffee. Then why aren’t you closed at 7pm? Closing duties shouldn’t happen until after you are closed. But this young generation doesn’t understand the difference between open and closed or good customer service versus bad customer service. They just care about vibes. 😂 well they gave me a bad vibe. God save us all.
Won’t be going back here. Couldn’t order on the app. They are out of EVERYTHING. This isn’t a first time. This has happened multiple times. It’s ridiculous. How is that possible? Sounds like mismanagement. Employees are nice. Drinks are decent but that’s only if you can get the drink you want
