Online it says they close at 8pm. My boyfriend went to order a coffee at 7:10pm. They said they were cleaning and weren’t making any more coffee. Then why aren’t you closed at 7pm? Closing duties shouldn’t happen until after you are closed. But this young generation doesn’t understand the difference between open and closed or good customer service versus bad customer service. They just care about vibes. 😂 well they gave me a bad vibe. God save us all.
Won’t be going back here. Couldn’t order on the app. They are out of EVERYTHING. This isn’t a first time. This has happened multiple times. It’s ridiculous. How is that possible? Sounds like mismanagement. Employees are nice. Drinks are decent but that’s only if you can get the drink you want
I walked up to the counter at 7pm. One barista was present, and he was doing closing duties. He looked up and said "I'll be right with you". He then proceeded to go to the back and disappear for over five minutes. When he came back he said "sorry, I have to log back into the system." and I said "aren't you open until 8?" apparently, the workers don't think so. can’t really rate the food because apparently they close before 8 .
Dunkin' donuts does not make you order and pay before you use the restroom and wash your hands but Starbucks does. They act like you're lying when you say you want to use the restroom before you order.Insist that you order and pay first
