I was there no one in line I'm sure they were working on a drive-up order they had five employees in the store not one of them spoke to me while I stood in line for about 10 minutes never said just a minute will be right with you they just totally ignored me like I wasn't even there
Ordered mobile pickup on the way to a meeting. So no previous knowledge I would be coming to this location. I pull into the drive thru to say mobile order and the comment I get is "it takes more than 2 mins to make an order". I just said "ok" bc the comment was unnecessary. Really disappointed with my experience this morning. I ordered a Strawberry Açaí Energy Refresher and was handed what looked like flavored water instead of the actual drink. The refresher had almost no color or flavor compared to how it is normally made, and the difference was honestly shocking. I dont even understand how they can hand this drink to someone after charging $7. I was already on my way to work, so I didn’t have time to turn around. Incompetent customers and employees. This location has an unsafe flow of traffic that causes cars exiting the adjacent parking lot to end up in the entrance of the drive through. A customer pulled forward, almost hit my car, and then refused to move. When I called the store for assistance, the worker came out and advised me to illegally back up and let the customer into the drive through — even though I was on the right side of the road. Glad I don’t support Starbucks anyways!
