Manager Beth, trying to save money and not giving away a cup of ice for free. She ordered to all employees to try to sell something if people asking for a couple ice when this is Las Vegas and it’s extremely hot outside. I guess this big corporate never cared about its customers
Got the order wrong multiple times this morning. All I wanted was a black viente coffee. First was some mochiato Carmel, then it then was the wrong size. Took them an awhile to figure out a black coffee. Made me late to my meeting.
I was there no one in line I'm sure they were working on a drive-up order they had five employees in the store not one of them spoke to me while I stood in line for about 10 minutes never said just a minute will be right with you they just totally ignored me like I wasn't even there
