I’ve been going to Starbucks for years and never ever had a bad experience at Starbucks until today. I’m not one to leave a review but I just had to now. None of the workers seemed there at all. I ordered a Venti iced white chocolate mocha w/ cinnamon cold foam. Then a strawberry acai w/ extra strawberries & easy ice. Then the cashier asked if I was okay w/ the charge for extra strawberries. Incompetent staff. Ordered a Latte tonight and all we’ve got was warm milk. I brought it up to his attention and he never said anything. Just gave us a couple of shots to add to our drinks. Horrible service! Disgusting drink!
I only drink Nitro Cold Brew, and have been doing so since Starbucks introduced it. This place just didn’t get it right. Not just once but two times. The folks who worked there were polite but this drink shouldn’t be so difficult to “make” as it’s poured out of a tap. The first two photos are the two drinks I received. The third is the stock photo of what the drink is supposed to look like. I threw mine out before finishing. Sad day. Won’t come back to this location.
