I was profoundly disappointed when I ordered a Large(Venti) Caramel Ribbon crunch and I asked only for extra extra crunch and when I got to work and looked at my drink over half the cup was whip cream there was hardly any caramel drizzle in the cup and barely any crunch. Sad day for this place I think the barista obviously didn't care or just did whatever she wanted who cares what I want
