keep messing up order even not busy and even refuse to make something eventho it is in stock
Nice n clean starbucks
This is a really bad experience at this place. The service is really bad and extremely rude. When we ordered drinks, they forgot our order, so we had to ask about it. Instead of apologizing, they just asked, "How do you like to make?" We asked, " So, are you forgetting our order or something? They just said what the problem is, I don't know where the tickets are, and it's not my problem," like so rude.
Good people, very kind manager and the energy was right.
