I’m a Starbucks barista of 5 years and the blonde white lady at Starbucks had horrible customer service. Got pissy when I asked to remake my drink because my mom ordered it with caffeine when I can’t drink caffeine at the moment. When I said “ thank you” she ignored it twice even with my mom. At my location we treat all our customers with respect. Even on our worst days. Tell her to go work a diff position in Randall’s or something lol smh
Suzie B. is an outstanding barista—extremely personable, attentive, and consistently delivers a great customer experience. Her friendly demeanor makes every visit enjoyable. Suggestion for Starbucks: Please consider making the Signature espresso the default in shaken espresso drinks rather than Blonde. The richer flavor profile would elevate the beverage and better match customer expectations.
