I ordered a frappuccino and two bakery items on Uber Eats, and received the wrong drink. I called immediately, and the female employee admitted my order was packaged incorrectly—but instead of fixing it or taking accountability, she was condescending and told me to contact Uber Eats. I have not been so embarrassed and disappointed especially with Starbucks! I felt highly stereotyped. I asked for a cup of water which I’ve never been denied with or without a purchase. This time I had no need to purchase but also my paycheck had been delayed for some odd reason. I just needed water. So I had ordered online and my Drink didn’t have my extra ice that I had so I went back inside to ask if I can get a cup of ice and I even brought the drink back with me to show that it didnt have my extra ice. The guy seemed like he had an attitude when I asked, and he didn’t even have me the cup in my hand, he slid it on the counter aggressively. The drinks was ok. Good service The place is terribly dirty. All surfaces along the counter were covered of different drops. Multi containers with leftover milk pilled in a corner. I had the bad idea to look behind the coffee machine …..need a big deep cleaning
