courteous and qualified staff
I was making a "Coffee Run" for some of my coworkers and Terri took my order. She was very personable and helped me decide what coffee would be best for me (She told the Iced Mocha had a Dark Chocolate flavor which i don't like!! That helped me choose a different drink!) Overall I was impressed by the service and wanted to shoutout a talented and good worker! I ordered on 7/2 at about 10:15am, ordered 4 drinks.
Every time I come to this location I have never received a 100% correct order. Today I ordered a shaken espresso with caramel drizzle (which I get all the time) and there was no caramel drizzle and it tasted so bad. As a Starbucks barista, I know what all the drinks are supposed to taste like and something was definitely wrong with this one. All the baristas that have taken my order at this location are also always rude or act annoyed at everything you’re ordering.
