Placed a mobile order and the girl was being weird towards me. She handed me my coffee that I ordered in a grande cup, but they made it in a tall cup and put the grande cup over it.
This store is a complete disaster and easily the worst location anyone could visit. The management needs to get rid of the current staff immediately because it is clear they have no idea how to conduct themselves or speak to customers with any level of professionalism. Soooo slow. I think they prioritize the drive through line. Took almost minutes to get a coffee. Lovely staff though.
No one greets you. Everyone ignores you. Trying to get an answer on when my mobile order is ready is a joke. People that have come in, while I’ve been waiting for my mobile order that I placed 10 minutes ago, walked up to the counter and ordered their drinks have gotten their order before mine. And she didn’t place a mobile order. I did. And she just walked out with her drinks. She ordered at the counter 5 minutes ago. Here I am still waiting on my mobile order
