Overall: 4.2/5 [takeout] This Starbucks is located inside the Barton Creek Mall. It's nice and clean, and I did not have any issues with my online order or pickup. We ordered a venti iced double berry matcha with extra strawberry puree, oat milk, 5 scoops of matcha powder, and nondairy raspberry cream cold foam ($7.45). It was actually pretty good and not too sweet. The matcha flavor was stronger, which we loved, and the raspberry flavor was very subtle.
Horrible customer service - go to any other location
Great place! The staff is very welcoming, friendly, fast, prompt and caring, with a very positive attitude. Examples are Zoimy, Pimm, Kiana, Amari, Abi, Bri who helped me right away each time to make the selection and promptly served. The location in the mall is very convenient. I recommend this place.
HORRIBLE,,,,,, Customer Service from Abi and Kiana this 2 individuals have lack of education dealing with Customers !!! I've have been going to this Location in a daily basis for the holidays, and ording the same drinks. Went back and let them know that our drinks were not made right, and right away Abi mentioned to me that I have been there before days later yes I did go to return the drink ! 5:30 tonight I ordered a venti and was given a grande. I said, “oh we ordered a venti” The young lady replied “ you were charged for a grande” then literally walked away. Um.. correct answer would have been, “it’s this much more, would you like me to make a venti?” But she just walked away
