My husband and I come to this Starbucks quite a bit. Lilly has been amazing and friendly she always greets us and asks how we are. We are happy they have opened in Barton Creek again and appreciate the kindness and hospitality she has shown us!
Horrible service. I was not greeted nor thanked like some other customers. I tipped but wished I hadn't. I started to walk to Nordstrom Ebar and wished I had.
Lilly was fabulous!! Fixed my coffee my way and was so sweet and friendly! Best experience I’ve had at any coffee shop ever!
When I stopped by this Starbucks, I initially had a frustrating experience. My order was wrong, and when I tried to get it fixed, it just seemed like a lost cause. I was about to just take the wrong drink and leave, but then Lilly noticed what was going on and immediately stepped in. She apologized for the mix-up, remade my drink perfectly, and even went the extra mile by taking ownership of the situation and making sure I knew where to leave feedback.
