Absolutely atrocious customer service. Not a friendly employee when I walked in on a Tuesday afternoon. Every table was dirty, they didn't clean any for the hour I was there and they were incredibly slow as well. My husband went ahead of time and warned me and boy was he not wrong. Why do so many of them work in customer service and they look like they hate their lives? When I asked for a refill (standard on tea) the girl at the till looked at me with disgust. Love this place. it's always spotless, there's always customers at the tables. And my drink is always done within a minute or two. Definitely worth going out of my way to frequent!
